16 Sep OUR STUDENT RESIDENCE AGAINST COVID-19

One of the main objectives of MasterHome Residencia has always been to maintain the tranquility and health of all of us who reside and work in this student accommodation.

In this health crisis that we are suffering due to COVID-19, we have implemented in the day-to-day of our coexistence, a series of regulations following the indications of the Community of Madrid.

To minimize any risk of contagion, within this Anti COVID protocol it is very important to scrupulously comply with the following rules:

  USE A MASK mandatory in all areas of the Residence.

  WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY and USE HYDROGEL.

  RESPECT THE CAPACITIES IN THE COMMON AREAS: Cafeteria, Study Rooms, Living Rooms, Gym, Terrace … etc.

  KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE.

  USE THE ELEVATORS INDIVIDUALLY.

It is necessary to take extreme hygiene measures to avoid possible infections. For this MasterHome has expanded the cleaning and disinfection service in all its areas and has installed Hydrogel dispensers and disinfectant mats at various points of the Residence.

Shifts have been established for breakfast, lunch and dinner, respecting the distances between tables so that residents can enjoy meals in complete safety and tranquility.

We are aware of the discomfort that any of these regulations may cause and we appeal to the INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY of all of us who live together at MasterHome Residencia, so that our health and safety is not compromised.

We are sure that little by little we can regain normalcy.
