A payment of €300 must be made to confirm the reservation. This amount will be deducted from the last monthly payment of the stay.
An amount of €900 per reserved room must be paid. This payment must be made before your arrival at MasterHome Residence. This amount will be refunded within 30 days after the resident’s departure.
Once the accommodation request at MasterHome Residence has been accepted, the reservation must be formalized by paying the amount of €300. This amount will be deducted from the last monthly payment of the stay.
A security deposit of €900 per reserved room must be paid. This payment must be made at least 30 days before your arrival at MasterHome Residence. The deposit will not, under any circumstances, cover the payment of the last month of the stay. This amount will be refunded within 30 days after leaving MasterHome Residence.
